Theme of NOVATE+ 2024

The theme of NOVATE+ 2024 is enabling the creation of market ready products through industry-academia collaboration. We invite those innovators to submit their projects in NOVATE+ 2024, who either have their own start-ups or have formidable industry collaborations. The main goal is that after developing successful prototypes with the offered funding support in NOVATE+ 2024, innovators should be able to commercialize their solutions in a fast-track manner. Therefore, having either a start-up or an industry collaboration in the beginning of the project implementation is highly desired.

  • Hardware projects that result in tangible protypes will be preferred.
  • Joint industry-academia projects, which are inclined toward solving real world problems of industries will be encouraged.
  • Projects in line with the GoI schemes like Make in India, Svamitva Yojana, Smart Cities Mission, Jal Jeevan Mission, Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All, Solar and other Renewable Capacity Building Scheme, etc. will be encouraged.
