Delay/Cancellation of flights is one of the most common airline problems faced by the passengers. There are some other common problems faced by passengers such as Baggage Thefts/ Missing, Remote Airports, Unrealistic Waiting Times, Lack of Information, Under Staffing, and Information Mismatching. We provide a complete solution to provide a better travelling experience and facilitation to the passengers. We named it as APKA “Airline Passengers Kit App”, a mobile app with the Artificial Intelligence enabled cloud service. It is provides four major services of “Complete Pre/Post Travel Management” , ‘‘Rush Management at Airport” , “Airport and Luggage Management” and “Augmented/Virtual Reality Services”.
In the Complete Pre/ Post Travel Management, facilitation is provided to the passengers from home to airport and from airport to destination. After reaching airport, services will be continuing to the passengers through Airport and Luggage Management System. Information regarding average check-in time, boarding announcements and gate numbers will be intimated on time.
The second important module is luggage management system; this module will give precise information about luggage and will do tracking of luggage.
We are adding one additional feature to incorporate disruptive technologies like Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality to support and entertain passengers during travel time.
