Delay or cancellation of flights is one of the most common airline problems faced by passengers, along with some other problems such as baggage theft or missing, remote airports, unrealistic waiting times, lack of information, understaffing, and mismatch or update of information on time. We provide a complete solution for a better travel experience and to facilitate passengers.
We named it as APKA “Airline Passengers Kit App”, a mobile app with Artificial Intelligence and enabled cloud service. It provides four major services:
In Complete Pre/Prost Travel Management, passengers will be facilitated from home to airport and airport to destination. After reaching the airport, services will be continued for the passengers through the Airport and Luggage Management System. Information regarding average check-in time, boarding announcements, and gate numbers will be intimated on time.
The second important module is the luggage management system; this module will give precise information about luggage and help track it.
We are adding one more feature to incorporate disruptive technologies like Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality to support and entertain passengers during travel.
