Invited Talk on Food Processing Machinery by an Industry Expert

Chitkara University NewGen IEDC and TEC invited Mr. Gulshan Chouhan from Chouhan Engineering Company (Manufacturers & Suppliers of Confectionery Machines), Rajpura on August 11, 2022 to talk about some of these machineries where he believes faculty from Chitkara University can collaborate with his industry. The session was attended by close to 30 faculty members for Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics departments. There were good discussions around different technologies involved in food processing machines (especially Candy processing machines) and avenues were explored for collaborations.
