PCB Designing Workshop

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with the support of Chitkara University NewGen IEDC successfully organized “Training program on PCB Designing”. The resource person for this program was from Redxx technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai. He gave complete insight of newly incubated PCB printer facility “Voltera V-one” in the department. The machine has the capability to do print, solder, heat and drill. The training program was concentrated towards making faculty familiar with the usage of PCB printer. The printer uses additive way for printing PCB. It can design PCB for both SMD and through hole components. 20 participants from different engineering departments took participation in this training program. The facility will aid in accelerating prototyping of ongoing and upcoming project work of students and faculty members.
