PAI (Psyche Assist Interface)

A real time wearable communication device that converts brain activity into speech, particularly useful for speech impaired people. Pre-defined mapping of brain signals with associated state of mind. Reduced chances of misunderstanding patients’ requirements. PAI is as easy as thinking and getting the required services. The proposed device is in the form of a headset. The EEG electrodes extract signals from the human brain. The extracted signals will be decoded to map with the dictionary of required words. Once the signals are decoded, the portable speaker will speak to the guardian for the need of the intended patient/old aged. The speech signals are sent to the Android App designed for the guardians to notify about the patients’ needs.
