We have chosen a path to implement our innovative idea in the form of this project, named Saral Udyog.
The basic concept that emerged from our project is to become self-dependent. During the pandemic, all the industries were shut, which led to the holding of many projects. Our product allows people to manufacture things at their home.
- Easykaar is the scaled-down and automated version of manufacturing machines.
- It consists of six different types of machines.
- Spot Welding Machine: to weld two metal sheets together.
- Arc Welding Machine: to weld metals by using heat and pressure.
- Mitre Saw Machine: It allows sheets to be cut at different angles.
- Sheet Metal Press: to produce different shapes of sheet metal.
- Rolling Machine: to roll different kinds of sheet metal into round or conical shapes.
- CNC Machine: This machine possesses a piece of material to meet the required specification by following coded programmes.
