Orientation and Pitching Workshop

On January 23, Chitkara University NewGen IEDC conducted the ‘Orientation and Pitching Workshop’ for the 18 shortlisted teams of Idea-Thon 3.0. These shortlisted teams will now prepare their final presentations and pitch for funding in the Jury round that will be held on March 1 and 2, 2024.
Today’s session was delivered by Dr. Sagar Juneja and Mr. Chanpreet Singh, and it was attended by 41 students and 5 faculty mentors.
Additionally, Dr. Deepinder Singh (Pharmacy Department), Mr. Akhil Shetty (Civil Engineering Dept.), and Mr. Khyath Thakur (Student, Mechanical Engineering Dept.), the beneficiaries of past NewGen IEDC projects, were invited to share their experiences and journey.

The prime objective of this session was to train the shortlisted teams for preparing their final presentations as per the expectations of the NewGen IEDC.
