How Pre-incubation Centre @CURIN is Boosting Innovations in and around the University

Chitkara University NewGen IEDC organized an expert talk on “How Pre-incubation Centre @CURIN is Boosting Innovations in and around the University.” The talk was delivered by Dr. Sagar Juneja, Assistant Dean, CURIN, Chitkara University, Punjab, on October 21, 2023, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council. Closely 55 M.E. and Ph.D. scholars took part in this session. Scholars were shown a pathway to benefit from the DST-sponsored NewGen IEDC funding agency. They learned how to build high-fidelity prototypes from the research-oriented studies with the help of preincubation funding. They also learned how CU-NewGen-IEDC benefits and contributes to the innovative ideas of the scholars for achieving their goals. Dr. Bhanu Sharma, Assistant Professor, Immersive and Interactive Technology Lab (IITL), CURIN, encourages the scholars to participate in the upcoming event, i.e., Idea-Thon 3.0, sponsored by CU NewGen-IEDC and TEC.
