Invited Talk on Funding Opportunities for Innovative Projects Development with BCA-1st Year Students

An expert session on the available funding opportunities for the development of innovative ideas & products was organized by the CSI Student Chapter, Department of Computer Applications at Pulitzer Hall, Picasso Block, Chitkara University on December 15th, 2022. Mr. Sagar Juneja – Assistant Dean, CURIN, Chitkara University and the Coordinator, NewGen IEDC delivered this talk and made students aware about the funding opportunities available for project development through GoI sponsored NewGen IEDC facility at Chitkara University. He also discussed why students should work on projects that are intended for solving real world problems and the importance of building good quality project prototypes. He also explained why students must avail pre-incubation support for building their projects. Around 110 students and 4 faculty members attended the session.
